By downloading, accessing, or using SkinRitual, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These terms are provided for product operations and transparency, but they are not legal advice to you. If you need legal interpretation, consult a qualified attorney.

App Purpose and Medical Disclaimer

SkinRitual is a routine planning and logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional for medical or dermatological concerns.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You agree to use SkinRitual lawfully and only for personal, legitimate routine management purposes. You must not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or related services.

Subscriptions, Trial, and Purchases

SkinRitual may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions, and an optional lifetime purchase. Feature availability and pricing can change in future versions where permitted by applicable law and Apple platform rules.

  • SkinRitual includes a limited free plan that does not expire.
  • Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day Premium trial with the annual plan. Eligibility and availability are determined by Apple.
  • If a trial is offered, the annual subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Subscription billing and renewals are handled by Apple.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID Subscriptions settings.
  • Refunds are administered by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

Payment and Billing Transparency

Before purchase, the app presents plan type and billing price within the paywall flow. For annual plans, the billed annual amount is the primary price shown, with any per-month equivalent presented as secondary context.

Apple Standard EULA

Unless a custom EULA applies in your App Store territory, use of SkinRitual is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): View Apple's Standard EULA.

Intellectual Property

SkinRitual, including branding, design, and app content (excluding user-entered data), is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SkinRitual is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SkinRitual.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
