SkinRitual treats morning and evening as distinct sessions. You can enable either reminder independently, change the time later, or turn both off. iOS notification permission is required before notifications can be delivered.

A reminder is a prompt, not a promise. It does not confirm that a routine was completed; completion happens when you use the session and log your experience.

A lightweight consistency loop

The useful loop is intentionally small: plan a stack, receive a nudge, complete the AM or PM session, then add a log when you want to capture dryness, irritation, breakouts, glow, or notes. Over time, those check-ins feed the app’s consistency and weekly insight views.

SkinRitual does not make health claims from a notification or a streak. It gives you a clearer record of the habits and observations you entered.
